Should Mount Rainier allow cell service?

Here’s the latest information about Mount Rainier National Park:

MOUNT RAINIER NATIONAL PARK – The National Park Service is considering a proposal from T-Mobile and Verizon to install cell towers inside the attic of a structure in the Paradise area of Mount Rainier National Park.   According to the park's website, it is required by law to consider the proposal.   It is currently conducting an environmental review and will release its findings in January.   We visited the Paradise snow play area and asked a dozen people what they thought of the proposal.   We heard reactions across from spectrum: some people welcome cell service for safety reasons, to communicate with friends and family, or to allow them to post pictures or even live video to social media websites. Others wished the national park would remain pristine and disconnected from technology.   The park service is currently on the fifth step of the ten-step process to make a decision.
